A FUNNY CASE OF NOMINEE VS LEGAL HEIR UNDER THE JURISDICTION OF AN IMMATURE JUNIOR JUDGE OF A JUNIOR DIVISION CIVIL COURT !!!

"K, the mother of a son and a daughter, who
is an Account Holder of a
Fixed Deposit Certificate has EXPIRED;
as K's son is the nominee,
so he must get the full money,
not to be SHARED.
But, as per Supreme Court,
a nominee is just
a mere CUSTODIAN;
so from any Court, K's daughter can get
a 50%-50% sharing order as per
the 'Certificate of SUCCESSION.'
K's son is keeping the
original Fixed Deposit
Certificate in his HOUSE.
K's daughter has filed a case
against K's son as if a
cat is chasing a MOUSE.
The Bank is ready to pay
both the legal heirs, the 50%-50%
of the deceased AMOUNT;
but, the Bank is not having
the original Certificate of
the Fixed Deposit ACCOUNT.
A Judge of a
Junior Civil Court
cannot issue an arrest WARRANT,
though it got issued against the
Branch Manager to show egoism and some
powers of a Judge which is INHERENT.
On the Hearing Date, an Order got issued
that even without getting the
Original Fixed Deposit Certificate, the
Bank must pay 50% of the
deceased amount to K's DAUGHTER.
Can a Bank pay the amount
without taking the
original Fixed Deposit Certificate
from K's son in this MATTER !
Can a Junior Civil court's order change
the existing KYC norms and
due diligence policy of
any Bank under RBI GUIDELINES ?
Instead of harassing the Branch Manager
unnecessarily, why the Court cannot issue
an arrest warrant against K's son
with bail amount FINES ?"- Arindam Sain

CSK SPINNERS RULED THE BATTLEFIELD EXCEPT AGAINST KKR WARRIOR, ANDRE RUSSELL AND DU PLESSIS ENSURED A 7 WICKET VICTORY FOR CSK ON 09.04.2019 !!!

"CSK bowled first as on 09.04.2019
as MS Dhoni won
the toss which is
really a good LUCK.
Deepak Chahar, Harbhajan Singh and
Imran Tahir did not allow the
KKR camp to settle down as 4 KKR
players went out for a DUCK.
As wickets were falling like a
pack of cards at the other end,
Andre Russell started to treat
the tailenders as any SPECTATOR.
The CSK bowlers bowled well, but, still
KKR put up a score of 108 runs due to
Andre Russell's 50, though, he failed
to press the ACCELERATOR.
Shane Watson with
a 9 ball 17 runs,
gave a speedy start
to CSK that was REQUIRED.
Due to slowish nature of the pitch,
aggressive batsmen also kept on
taking more singles and acted
as any defensive GUARD.
KKR spinners did not have a
good time in this
IPL 2019 so FAR;
du Plessis cruised
CSK to a 7 wicket
victory against KKR."- Arindam Sain

WARNER SCORED 70 AND RAHUL SCORED 71; BY 6 WICKETS AGAINST SRH ON 08.04.2019, KXIP WON !!!

"Warner kept the scorers busy
at the other end and remained
not out with a knock of 70.
Vijay, Nabi and Manish played
their part and it was Hooda who
steered the score of SRH to 150.
Chris Gayle on 08.04.2019, didn't get
the desired momentum, but, KL Rahul
slowly paced his innings
to score an unbeaten 71.
Mayank Agarwal gave a good support
with 55 runs to ensure
a 6 wicket win for KXIP as in
scoreboard, KXIP got 151."- Arindam Sain

CHRIS LYNN AND SUNIL NARINE ENSURED AN EASY VICTORY BY 8 WICKETS AGAINST RR ON 07.04.2019 !!!

"Prasidh Krishna of KKR took
the wicket of Ajinkya Rahane
to give RR, the first BLOW.
Gurney took 2 wickets and
'Piyush-Sunil' duo ensured that
RR's strike rate remains SLOW.
Jos Butler, as usual, played
his natural game to score 37,
whereas Steve Smith stayed on
the pitch to score a sensible 73.
The pitch of Pink City, Jaipur was
slightly slowish in nature on
07.04.2019 and the players wearing
Pink jersey put up a score of just 139/3.
Sunil Narine scored 47 and
Chris Lynn scored 50, and KKR scored
65 runs in 1st 6 overs which made a
huge difference between the two TEAMS.
Robin Uthappa and Shubman Gill batted
comfortably and KKR got an easy victory by
8 wickets as both Sunil Narine and Chris Lynn
became Gopal's VICTIMS."- Arindam Sain

ALZARRI JOSEPH OF MI CREATED A FAIRY TALE OF 12/6 TO BEAT SRH BY 40 RUNS ON 06.04.2019 !!!

"SRH bowlers bowled with
good line and length,
but, still, MI scored 136;
as Kieron Pollard of MI on 06.04.2019
with some powerful strokes
in 26 balls, scored 46.
To chase down a total
of 136 runs, Warner and Bairstow
were in a HURRY;
but, surprisingly, MI won by 40 runs due
to an amazing bowling performance
of 12/6 by ALZARRI."- Arindam Sain

KKR WARRIOR, ANDRE RUSSELL ROARED AND SHOWED HIS MUSCLE POWER TO CONQUER THE RCB FORTRESS ON 05.04.2019 !!!

"RCB Captain, Virat Kohli
led from the front
on 05.04.2019 against
KKR with a knock of 84.
RCB openers kept on attacking the
KKR bowlers as to win this match
desperately, they were eyeing
to put up a good SCORE.
Prasidh Krishna had a bad day,
as even in the last over, a RCB batsman
was there for him to ASTONISH.
RCB managed to cross the 200 runs
mark as in 13 balls, 28 runs
got scored by STOINIS.
The current run-rate of RCB remained
above 10.00 as de Villiers took
just 32 balls to score 63.
In just 3 overs, Prasidh Krishna alone
gave away 41 runs and RCB finished
their innings at a score of 205/3.
Though Narine got out early, but, for KKR,
it was a good start by Chris LYNN.
In the middle overs, it was a decent
batting by Rana and ROBIN.
But, somehow, the spinners of RCB,
especially, Chahal started
bowling TIGHT,
the required run-rate for KKR increased,
though KKR warriors
continued the FIGHT.
KKR won the match by 5 wickets as
Andre Russell utilized just
13 balls to score 48."- Arindam Sain

MI WON BY 37 RUNS AGAINST CSK ON 03.04.2019 !!!

"After early dismissals on 03.04.2019,
Suryakumar Yadav's 59 and
Krunal Pandya's 42 gave MI some
stability, but, even after the
15th Over, CSK bowlers
kept things under CONTROL.
MI raced away to put up a competitive
score of 170 runs as Kieron Pollard
scored 17 runs in 7 balls and in just
8 balls, 25 runs got scored by
Hardik Pandya who played a
very aggressive ROLE.
Jason Behrendorff and Lasith Malinga
of MI broke through the
CSK's top order, though
Kedar Jadhav ensured that
the tough battle CONTINUES.
The required run rate of CSK kept on
rising to create more pressure, and
ultimately MI won by 37 runs as
Rohit Sharma tactfully used
all the possible AVENUES."- Arindam Sain
