acquisition on a given DATE; 
there should not be 
any unnecessary delays from 
any District MAGISTRATE. 
The Block Development Officer must 
not pressurize any Branch Manager 
of any PSU Bank to give 
loans and ADVANCES. 
When it comes to loan recovery, the 
Block Development Officer don't take
