ANY OPPOSITION LEADER ALSO HAS A GREAT DEMOCRATIC RESPONSIBILITY !!!

"Any opposition leader also has
a great democratic RESPONSIBILITY;
but, making some weird comments, puts
a question mark on his/her CAPABILITY.
Maybe, there
is a FRUSTRATION;
but, expressing it publicly, is becoming
an act of comedy for the entire NATION.
Even the workers of the opposition
party are confused that why their
leader has to always REACT;
even on little issues which
are of no importance to
oppose actually as per the real FACT.
Almost everyone is of the opinion
to change the LEADERSHIP;
otherwise, many efficient sailors and workmen
may resign from the SHIP."- Arindam Sain

INC FAILED TO UNDERSTAND WHAT TMC REALLY UNDERSTOOD; THE 'DYNASTY POLITICS' IS ACTUALLY RUINING INC, NOT DOING ANYTHING GOOD !!!

"INC failed to understand
what TMC really UNDERSTOOD;
the 'Dynasty Politics' is actually
ruining INC, not doing anything GOOD.
In this competitive arena of politics,
you have to provide the young budding
political leaders, some SPACE;
otherwise, you may take the
lead early, but lose in the last
lap of the marathon RACE.
TMC is now trying hard
to repair the DAMAGE;
to revive the
old brand IMAGE;
time will tell whether these young
leaders will be able to MANAGE."- Arindam Sain

JUST CREATING A 'MIS PORTAL' IS NOT ENOUGH, THE REAL EFFICIENCY LIES IN THE SPREADSHEET GENERATED AFTER DATA EXTRACTION !!!

"Just creating a 'MIS Portal' is not enough,
the real efficiency lies in the spreadsheet
generated after data EXTRACTION;
in many a cases, the information that we
get in the spreadsheet does not provide
the real mental SATISFACTION.
After extracting a spreadsheet, say,
for example, the NPA borrowers list,
there is no information about customer's
mobile number and ADDRESS;
so, again, a time is wasted to find out those
details by checking each and every loan
account in CBS software, which unnecessarily
delays the entire NPA recovery PROCESS.
Whenever any NPA borrower
is coming to deposit any
money in his/her savings ACCOUNT;
the CBS software must automatically
flash in the screen, the NPA loan account
number and the outstanding AMOUNT.
The CBS software system
should be programmed in such
manner that it will do
the automatic DEDUCTION;
of 5% of the total outstanding amount every
week from the savings or current account of
the same customer ID of PNPA borrower in that
same financial INSTITUTION."- Arindam Sain

IN MODERN TIMES, PSU BANKS ARE MAKING MORE TIE-UPS WITH SECURITY OR LOAN RECOVERY AGENCIES !!!

"In modern times, PSU Banks are
making more tie-ups with Security
or Loan Recovery AGENCIES;
as the PSU Banks are having
manpower shortage and some
other administrative EXIGENCIES.
Based on commission system, the security
agents work quite aggressively
on the recovery PROCESS;
the failure rate of actual
recovery in these cases
is somewhat LESS.
But, in Private Banks,
they go for a permanent
'Recovery Officer' RECRUITMENT;
whose job is to collect
outstanding dues only everyday
under the direct guidance of top MANAGEMENT.
Also, in several cases,
where there is a
legal dispute regarding
bad assets between the
Private Bank and the NPA BORROWER;
any permanent 'Law Officer' of the Private Bank
efficiently tackles the legal case so well, that
the NPA recovery becomes successful
as the Private Bank succeeds in
showing its ultimate legal POWER.
In PSU Banks, the top management
is always looking for
'Jack of all, master of none'
due to manpower SHORTAGE;
but, in Private Banks, specific jobs are
assigned to specialist staffs, and due to
full concentration on the job, the net profits
are high in this modern AGE."- Arindam Sain

THE INTRODUCTION OF 'PERFORMANCE LINKED PAY' IN PSU BANKS IS A GOOD INITIATIVE; THE BRANCH EMPLOYEES WILL AUTOMATICALLY GET MOTIVATED WHEN THEY WILL GET INCENTIVE !!!

"The introduction of 'Performance Linked
Pay' in PSU Banks is a good INITIATIVE;
the branch employees will automatically
feel motivated when they will get INCENTIVE.
Focus will be more at branch level
to increase the percentage of
branch PROFITABILITY;
even by spending a certain percentage of
this incentive personally, bank staffs can even
create an unofficial team as per SUITABILITY.
The unofficial team members after
getting a share of this incentive will
always try to achieve the TARGET;
but, they must also feel
satisfied with whatever
unofficial commission they GET."- Arindam Sain
