WE MAKE THEM FEEL THAT THEY ARE IN A HOMELY ENVIRONMENT !!!

"MANAGER OF BANK S: 'What is the 
strategy that even from a remote area, 
you are doing outstanding BUSINESS; 
and this branch of our Bank is in an 
urban area, yet we are failing, 
though the scope is not so LESS.'

MANAGER OF BANK I: 'In our MBA 
classes at ICFAI, we were taught on the 
very first day, that if you guys have EGO; 
then, when you are working as 
frontline managers to 'MANAGE 
MEN Tactfully', that ego must GO.'

MANAGER OF BANK S: 'Ok ! say, we are 
not egoistic anymore and our CBS 
software is so advanced, but, how come, 
still, your branch is a point of ATTRACTION;
after every week, our CASA deposit is 
draining out, we are finding out, that in 
your branch, after every week, there 
is a good CASA deposit ADDITION.'

MANAGER OF BANK I: 'I always believe 
that any financial market does not run 
on mathematics or statistics but 
on human SENTIMENT; 
we make the customers feel that we, the 
bank staffs are human beings, not robots, 
and we are very informal, that's it, just 
keep it simple, no need to EXPERIMENT.' 

MANAGER OF BANK S: 'Ok, but, sweet 
behaviour always doesn't bring business, 
there must be some strategies for doing 
so well in marketing, what's the LOGIC;
some call you 'Munnabhai MBA', some 
call you 'Cheetah', but, I think, you have 
the 'Charisma' and that charismatic 
leadership creates the MAGIC.'

MANAGER OF BANK I: 'No, nothing 
like that, rather we suggest them 
about how they can increase their 
wealth by proper INVESTMENT; 
we try to understand customers' problems 
by keeping ourselves in their shoes, and 
the best part is that we make them feel 
that they are in a homely ENVIRONMENT.'"- Arindam Sain
