TO SATISFY 'EFFECTIVE GOVERNANCE', THE POLITICS MUST BE ALWAYS UNBIASED AND POSITIVE !!!

be always unbiased and POSITIVE;
here in the word, 'e-governance' the 
letter 'e' is not electronics, rather 
the letter 'e' stands for 'EFFECTIVE'.
Why to shift away from 
the main issue and just 
'beating around the BUSH'; 
when the common people start 
protesting, then the politicians say, 
'please be quiet, hush HUSH.'
The biggest issue is to create 
new types of EMPLOYMENT;
'AI' cannot fill up the gaps which is 
there due to employees RETIREMENT.
Forget the Maslow's theory of 
motivation, just start from the very 
basic question, 'why do birds MIGRATE ?';
The 'highest population' can be a blessing 
in disguise in international politics, so, why 
always blame the population rise RATE.
In 'Politics' and 'Finance', there 
is no 'P.C.Sarkar Senior' or 
'Harry Potter' style MAGIC;
first 'analyze' and then 'channelize', 
to ensure that each and every
