The battles in life may look so simple yet it is too complex 
and thorny with lots of different SHADES;
A big battle cannot be won singly, so always form a revolutionary young BRIGADE;
Never fear criticisms and learn to appreciate that the colour of blood is always RED;

As a senior comrade, be open and flexible to accept innovative ideas from 
young comrades and to implement those ideas, sometimes, you may have to BEND;
Some quick decisions based on new innovative ideas may backfire, may create 
some turmoil, but, as a senior comrade, you must use your experiences to MEND;
Nothing is constant and nothing comes to a complete END;
A warrior cannot win a battle by attacking only unless he/she knows how to DEFEND;
