TOO MUCH COMPLACENCY MAY LEAD TO TOTAL ADMINISTRATIVE INEFFICIENCY !!!

the administration must show immediate URGENCY;

to control the deteriorating situation of EMERGENCY. 
Whenever the government servants request for pending 
dearness allowances to their respected top level EXCELLENCY; 
the finance department shows several reasons as if 
the administrative body is truly having financial INSOLVENCY. 
Why suddenly the people of hilly areas want a separate independent 
administrative body of their own; why such a TENDENCY ? 
Why in the recruitment process, 
there is lack of TRANSPARENCY ? 
Some people lost so much of their hard earned money 
by investing in several Chit Fund AGENCY. 
Investigations and high court cases have failed 
to collect a fund of CONTINGENCY. 
For common people, the closed door high level meetings 
are like the point of TANGENCY. 
Game of politics has compelled the administrative bodies to forgive 
the culprits by showing so much LENIENCY ! 
Are they taking it granted that the common people 
are having a high level of ABSORBENCY ? 
Common people always have confidence on 
that administrative body which maintains 
a total administrative CONSISTENCY. 
Not a single common people of this world like or give respect 
to an inefficient administrative body which starts 
to perform badly due to so much COMPLACENCY.
Always remember, that too much complacency
