IN 2018, IS THERE ANY FEAR FACTOR IN THE BANGABHOOMI PANCHAYAT ELECTION ?

“After an era of Left Front Government in Bangabhoomi, 
even after an administrative CHANGE;
the hooliganism and violence during any election in 
Bangabhoomi still remains, which is quite STRANGE !
As there is some failure to protect 
law and order in Bangabhoomi 
by the Bangabhoomi Police DEPARTMENT;
the common people are considering it 
as an example of administrative inefficiency 
by the Bangabhoomi GOVERNMENT.
In some recent elections in Uttar Pradesh, Assam 
and Tripura; a political party showed the 
strength of its root level ORGANIZATION.
As this political party 
believes in digitization 
as well as MODERNIZATION, 
even in increasing employment and overall development; 
hence, the political party is getting tremendous support 
all over India from the people of young GENERATION.
Now, in Bangabhoomi, when the members of the 
ruling party are not allowing the candidates of 
other political parties to file their polling NOMINATION; 
everyone has started whispering here and there; and asking 
a common valid question, 'In 2018, is there any fear factor
