INCREASE THE RETIREMENT AGE TO 65, AND THE AGE OF ELIGIBILITY TO 35 !!!

"As per a recently conducted
medical survey results,
the average living age of a
man has increased to 70.
Due to the improvement in medical
science, the survey results also showed
that the average living age of
a woman has increased to 60.
In the Government sector,
there is hardly any concept
of lateral RECRUITMENT.
Therefore, there are lots of freshers
or inexperienced employees
in the Junior MANAGEMENT.
Time has come to bring some
reforms in the competitive
examination SYSTEM.
For any candidate, the
cut off marks for the
written exam must remain SAME.
Only in the Personal
Interview round,
10 bonus marks to 'ST' and 5 bonus
marks to 'SC' to be AWARDED.
Even, every year, the recruitment of
people in the Government sector must
continue, to allow some people
to earn their butter and BREAD.
Voluntary Retirement System (VRS)
must be implemented and the
retirement age to be increased to 65.
To get experienced people at the
junior management levels, the age of eligibility
for any competitive exam must be 35."- Arindam Sain
