WHY ARE THEY IN THE ADMINISTRATION, WHEN THEY CANNOT PROVIDE ANY WOMAN, THEIR FREEDOM, THEIR SECURITY SPACE !!!

"Once upon a time, in terms 
of women safety and security, 
Kolkata city was a HEAVEN;
but, nowadays, considering all these 
brutal incidents, Kolkata is turning 
out to be the heinous hell for WOMEN.
The question arises that 
what actually went WRONG; 
the answer is that the administration 
is callous and not at all so STRONG.
For the sake of vote bank politics, 
indirectly, the antisocial people 
have been given a FREE HAND;
but, ultimately, the administration is 

compromising with security aspects, 

and that they must UNDERSTAND.
Almost in the majority of cases, 
where a woman in Kolkata has 
been raped, killed or MOLESTED; 
there has been no severe punishment 
for the culprits, though for just the 
eye wash, they have been ARRESTED.
Probably, out of so much complacency, 
the administration is not giving 
respect to the majority MANDATE;
but, history repeats itself, where we 
have seen that the common people 
changes the administrator's FATE.
Even we have heard some shocking 
statements like, 'Why did she go there, 
she should have not gone to that PLACE'; 
then why are they in the administration, 
when they cannot provide any woman, 
their freedom, their security SPACE.
Change is constant and for a 
better world to live in, change 
is always a NECESSITY; 
The wheel of fortune of the callous 
administrator must turn upside down to 
make Kolkata again, the safest metro CITY."- Arindam Sain
