BOTH DELHI AND WEST BENGAL STATE MUST BE DECLARED A DRY STATE !!!

"In Delhi and West Bengal, the numbers of murders, 
extortions, molestations, sexual abuses 
and rapes are INCREASING; 
the drunkard anti-socials and drunkard 
rich spoilt brats are committing heinous crimes 
which is very alarming and SURPRISING. 
In Delhi, anywhere and at anytime, at any place, 
anybody can sexually abuse, molest, 
rape and murder a WOMAN; 
but, only candle lights march with a tagline of 'Nirbhaya' 
makes the News Headlines and the rapists roam around 
freely as every Delhite feels helpless as a 'COMMON MAN'.
If you die like a martyr at the Indo-Pak Border 
as a soldier, then as a resident of West Bengal, 
it is regarded as a DISCREDIT; 
but, as a resident of West Bengal, if you die by 
drinking alcohol, then in your savings account, you will 
get Rs. 5 lakhs as a reward as it is regarded as a big CREDIT.
When the Supreme Court has taken strict steps to shift 
several liquor shops from National Highways to reduce 
the sale and consumption of ALCOHOL; 
then why the government of Delhi and West Bengal is 
somewhat too supportive towards liquor shop owners 
to create a long term administrative LOOPHOLE ?
Both Bihar and Gujarat are dry due to 
Nitish Kumar and Narendra MODI; 
why Delhi and West Bengal are too alcoholic under the 
administrative powers of Mr. Arvind and DIDI?
To decrease the number of anti-social activities, 
rape and other crime RATE; 
both Delhi and West Bengal State
