about how to take some strict actions on this 
type of Private INSTITUTION;

there must be a Parliament SESSION; 
Indian Government gave 
so many lectures on 
black money and corruption after DEMONETIZATION; 
why that same Indian Government is silent on the corruption 
that is taking place as the Private Schools in India are doing
