TO ALLOW THE FRESH AIR TO COME IN, OPEN THE WINDOWS OF THE ROOM; ENJOY EATING CURRIES MADE OF JACKFRUIT, SOYABEAN OR MUSHROOM !!!

"To allow the fresh air to come in, 
open the windows of the ROOM; 
enjoy eating curries made of 
jackfruit, soyabean or MUSHROOM. 
Keep your mind relaxed, 
stay positive, optimistic 
and don't be in a HURRY; 
it is beneficial for health, 
if you eat banana flower curry 
or banana stem CURRY. 
Don't forget to drink 
'Turmeric mixed Milk' or 
'Honey mixed Warm Water' even if you 
wake up in the morning somewhat LATE; 
'mango pickles' or 'green mango chaatni' 
are good at lunch or dinner, whereas at 
evening hours, enjoy drinking apple juice 
or have a bite on 'Amul' Dark CHOCOLATE. 
Increase the frequency of drinking waters 
at short and regular intervals so that your 
throat never becomes too DRY; 
while having dinner or lunch, at least 
bite one green chilli, sometimes, you 
must also eat sweetish pumpkin FRY. 
'Dilution 30 doses' of some 
homeopathy medicines may 
turn out to be very SPECIAL; 
two drops of 'Arsenicum Album 
diluted 30' diluted in 30 ml water, 
after every 15 days is BENEFICIAL; 
Two drops of 'Bryonia Alba 
diluted 30' diluted in 30 ml water 
may be taken once in a WEEK; 
'Belladona' or 'Allium Cepa' medicines 
are useful during fever with runny nose 
and if your body starts feeling too WEAK. 
Use of 'Nux Vomica' is 
a good move indeed 
during INDIGESTION; 
generally, in mild cough and cold cases, 
'Rhus Toxicodendron' can be used 
without so much HESITATION. 
Switch to lemon tea from 
milk tea for the time being 
on a temporary BASIS; 
if you don't like tea, then hot coffee is more 
beneficial than milk tea as per several
