ALL EXAMS MUST BE CONDUCTED IN ONLINE MODE ONLY !!!

"Confusions and controversies are
always at its PEAK;
whenever before any examination, there happens
an incident of question paper LEAK.
In this era of cut-throat competition,
rat race and too much STRESS;
Leaking out question papers before
any examination has become a BUSINESS.
Indian Government must
take some strict ACTIONS;
to ensure that not a single question paper
gets leaked before the upcoming EXAMINATIONS.
To avoid such type of malpractices and corruption,
not a single examination should be conducted OFFLINE.
In this modern era, more focus to be given on
improving the infrastructure of digitization;
and all exams to be conducted ONLINE.
A high level software to be created for
conducting any online EXAM;
and the GUI of that software must be
simple, easy, interesting and AWESOME.
For answering any Multiple Choice Question (MCQ),
a candidate has to click on a ROUND BUTTON.
For answering any theoretical question, a candidate has
to click on a big textbox provided in the software to type UPON.
In that software, 500 MCQs and
200 theoretical questions
to be installed,
which during any online exam
will be randomly GENERATED.
Even if any candidate tries to cheat in the
examination hall, it is very difficult, because, no one knows,
which 50 MCQs and 10 theoretical questions will randomly be generated
to make the online exam more secure and highly RATED."- Arindam Sain

QUOTA SYSTEM TO BE BASED ON I-T RETURN FILE OR AUTHENTIC INCOME CERTIFICATE OF A CANDIDATE'S GUARDIAN !!!

"Many a times, a candidate fails to get the 
job in Government sector, that he actually DESERVED; 
only because of the fact that 
he is in the quota of 'UNRESERVED'. 
If a candidate belongs to either 
'Scheduled Caste' or 'Scheduled TRIBE'; 
then even after getting low marks in 
any competition, that candidate will SURVIVE. 
Due to such type 
of quota system, 
there exists an INEQUALITY; 
hence, in Government sector offices, sometimes, 
the Indian Government has to compromise with people 
of lesser talents and poor QUALITY. 
Quota System in India to be based on the I-T Return file 
or authentic Income Certificate 
of the guardian of a CANDIDATE; 
based on which, there will be 3 quotas 
based on Family Income; 
'RICH', 'POOR' and 'MODERATE'. 
'RICH' 'MODERATE' and 'POOR' candidates will get 
5, 10 and 15 marks added respectively 
in the final score 
of any competitive EXAMINATION. 
Except the addition of bonus marks with the final score based 
on quota system; the qualifying marks for written exam 
and Personal Interview remains same for all candidates to make 
it a fair, healthy and real quality talent searching COMPETITION. 
Government Offices or Departments 
are not getting the desired 
talented and quality people 
due to this old fashioned, baseless 
quota system in the name of Vote Bank POLITICS. 
As there is no such quota system in the recruitment of candidates 
in the Government sector of several developed nations; 
their Government Departments are performing well with a 
healthy net profitability per Government employee, as per the

Sita, the daughter of King Janak got married to Prince Ram 
and in Mithila, it was a day of royal marriage CELEBRATION.

the disguised hermit kidnapped Sita as 
Ram and Laxman were nowhere NEAR; 
and Sita also did a blunder by coming out 
of 'Laxman-Rekha' without any FEAR. 
While in the flying chariot, Ravan was travelling towards 
Lanka kingdom after kidnapping 
Sita, the Bhagwan Ram's WIFE; 
the Jatayu gave a tough fight with Ravan, 
though, being too wounded, 
in the later stage, Jatayu lost his LIFE. 
Sita's jewels and the intelligence reports of 
monkeys helped Prince Ram to track 
the travelling path of 'PUSHPAK VIMAAN'. 
A ray of hope came in Bhagwan Ram's mind 
when he met Bajrangbali, 
the bold and courageous HANUMAN. 
Bhagwan Ram killed Bali, 
but, Sugriv helped Ram 
so lately, in RETURN; 
though, due to Jatayu's brother, Sampaati, 
the team personnel in South Indian region 
succeeded in their search OPERATION. 
After some discussions, 
said the learned JAMBHUMAN; 
that it is time to remind Bajrangbali and make him 
remember, that he is still the powerful Pavan Putra HANUMAN. 
Ravan's soldiers arrested Bajrangbali in Lanka 
and lit a fire in his TAIL. 
Ram bhakt Hanuman utilized his fiery tail to burn the 
Lanka empire and transform it into a HELL. 
Hanuman came back to 
Rameswaram with the information that 
Sita Maaiya wants Bhagwan Ram to declare a WAR. 
Bhagwan Ram decided to conquer Lanka and the entire 
Vanar Sena shouted out of excitement, 'Ravan, we are coming 
to kill all your soldiers. Beware ! BEWARE ! 
The God of the Sea requested Bhagwan Ram 
to write on every stone, 'JAI SHRI RAM' NAME; 
to make all stones float on sea water to create 'RAMSETU', 
a bridge of Glory, Victory and FAME. 
Ravan's son, Meghnad attacked Laxman 
and made him SENSELESS. 
Bajrangbali went to Himalayas, though, without any proper 
knowledge about any ayurvedic trees and herbs, NEVERTHELESS. 
Hanuman came to South India 
with the entire 'GANDHAMADON' MOUNTAIN. 
Laxman got well after the ayurvedic treatment, though, 
he still felt both physical and mental PAIN. 
Bhibhishan was not supporting his BROTHER; 
he joined hands with Bhagwan Ram RATHER. 
In a war, everything is FAIR ! 
Laxman tactfully killed Ravan's son as well as legal HEIR. 
After Kumbhakarna's death, 
it was time to encounter Ravan, 
the Lankapati with a special HEAD. 
Everytime, Ravan becomes alive in the battlefield by growing 
his ten heads; though, finally, Bhagwan Ram used a 'BRAHMASTRA' 
to confirm that the Lankapati Veer Ravan is completely DEAD. 
Both Ram and Sita came back to AYODDHA Kingdom 
to start the 'RAM RAJYA' ERA.
