have been implemented 

from the first week of APRIL; 

had there been no chaos in bus stands 

and no secret meetings, we could have 

had some decent figures STILL. 

Be it in front of Ration Shops or Banks, 

common people did not maintain the 

prescribed rules and REGULATIONS; 

then came another blunder 

of opening the liquor shops even 

in these lockdown SITUATIONS; 

and everyone witnessed that for the 

Indians, consumption of alcoholic drinks
