some trade unions have become selfish and
some leaders have become TOOTHLESS;
expecting any revolution from
the trade unions at this juncture,
it is totally MEANINGLESS.
You may say
that you have
no other OPTION;
but, the condition is the same in all firms,
as in 2019, they already witnessed a large
number of middle management ATTRITION.
The middle management
of any firm does the
real balancing ACT;
the quality and the performance of the
middle management decides the fate
of a firm and it is a FACT.
It is the ideal time
to do several job APPLICATIONS;
not only in your own nation, there will be
lots of job vacancies also in other NATIONS.
'More work, less workers' strategies will not
help any firm in this tough ENVIRONMENT;
so, these firms have to go for
