financial planning, they planned 
for PSU Bank MERGERS. 
They failed to respond quickly in a feasible 
manner when there were agitations in 
several places by so many poor FARMERS. 
RBI Governor, Urjit Patel resigned due to 
their pressure and RBI is losing its autonomy,

intelligence report about any borrower 
must be taken before taking the 
final lending DECISION. 
Each and every Bank should recruit 
some bouncers and armed guards; 
both men and WOMEN, 
for the Special Recovery Force (SRF) 
and each SRF of each zonal office 
to be headed by any EX-SERVICEMEN. 
For any PSU Bank, when it comes to 
taking the defaulter's property 
acquisition on a given DATE; 
there should not be 
any unnecessary delays from 
any District MAGISTRATE. 
The Block Development Officer must 
not pressurize any Branch Manager 
of any PSU Bank to give 
loans and ADVANCES. 
When it comes to loan recovery, the 
Block Development Officer don't take 
any responsibility for the 
NPA recovery in these CASES. 
When any 
borrower becomes a 
defaulter, the performing asset 
becomes a non-performing ASSET. 
There are big dacoits in India who are 
expert in looting money from Banks, 
for example, Nirav Modi, Lalit Modi 
and Vijay Mallya, playboy the GREAT. 
Due to increase 
in NPA, all the 
PSU Banks have no other choice 
than to go for 'Profit PROVISION',
The Indian Government is infusing a 
certain amount of money to PSU Bank, 
which is taxpayers' money only, 
and is known as 'Capital INFUSION'. 
By the year of 2022, 
to make India, a 
financially powerful NATION, 
it is time that on each and every defaulter, 
the Indian Government must take
