MANY EMPLOYEES MAY NOT GO BACK TO THEIR EMPLOYER AGAIN; AS JUMPING TO ANY OTHER FIRM CAN BE A BIG GAIN !!!

"Many employees may not go 
back to their employer AGAIN; 
as jumping to any other 
firm can be a big GAIN. 
Due to the lockdown phase, many firms may 
deduct salaries of their existing EMPLOYEES; 
but, for the kids of those employees, there 
will be no reduction in their school FEES. 
Therefore, if you stay in your 
old firm with a deducted salary, 
you are in a LOSS; 
after the lockdown, your firm will increase 
the working hours and working load but 
still you have to say, 'Yes, BOSS'. 
After the decline of Left Front vote banks, 
some trade unions have become selfish and 
some leaders have become TOOTHLESS; 
expecting any revolution from 
the trade unions at this juncture, 
it is totally MEANINGLESS. 
You may say 
that you have 
no other OPTION; 
but, the condition is the same in all firms, 
as in 2019, they already witnessed a large 
number of middle management ATTRITION. 
The middle management 
of any firm does the 
real balancing ACT; 
the quality and the performance of the 
middle management decides the fate 
of a firm and it is a FACT. 
It is the ideal time 
to do several job APPLICATIONS; 
not only in your own nation, there will be 
lots of job vacancies also in other NATIONS. 
'More work, less workers' strategies will not 
help any firm in this tough ENVIRONMENT; 
so, these firms have to go for

but, due to administrative failure, to do 
jobs in other states, all good jobseekers 
had to board any inter-state TRAIN. 
Too much unemployment and 
poor economic conditions may 
lead to a very bad SITUATION; 
and for many nations, 
2020 may become a year

those workers will not MIGRATE. 
When the good quality 
workers have come back 
to their home state 
with lots of EXPERIENCES; 
then the smart move of that 
home state administration should be 
to provide them employment in their 
home state only in many a CASES. 
For both the 
workers and the state 
government, it will be a 
'Win-Win' SITUATION; 
their experiences will be beneficial 
for different jobs and they will also 
vote for the ruling party in

If the social distancing 
is not getting maintained, 
then the entire lockdown 
process may lose its SIGNIFICANCE; 
where some people are not abiding by the 
lockdown rules and regulations, strict 
measures must be taken to create an 
awareness about its IMPORTANCE. 
We are now bowling in 
the slog overs, where too 
many runs may get SCORED; 
but, we have to bowl so many 
dot balls by staying indoors,
