"On 07.07.2021, the ambience
of the Wembley stadium was GRAND;
in the 2nd semi final match of Euro Cup
2020 between Denmark and ENGLAND.
The attacks and
counterattacks were SPEEDY;
but, the defenders were also
quite alert and READY.
At the 30th minute, Denmark got a
free kick, where Mikkel Daamsgard
took a shot of top class QUALITY;
the ball went high above the British 'human
wall' but came down perfectly to beat Jordan
Pickford, which was an absolute BEAUTY.
England after conceding a goal went
for the counterattack, a great save
indeed it was by Kasper Schmeichel
as he was in the right POSITION;
but, just within a minute, another British
attack came in with a smart cross by Bukao
Saka, but, an own goal by Simon Kjaer
nullified the lead against their OPPOSITION.
In the 2nd half, the scoreboard
remained the SAME;
the English attacking moves
were not so impressive in this GAME.
In the extra time,
England got a penalty,
and Harry Kane scored the
winning goal at the REBOUND;
Kasper Schmeichel is the Danish
tragic hero of the day with so many
fantastic saves as Denmark failed to
