Even the funny part by the top management 

is, that no separate ID and Password for 

passbook printing is provided, in any 

PSU Bank organizational STRUCTURE; 

so, a staff CBS ID remains busy for 

passbook printing only, oh ! my God ! 

in almost all the branches of PSU 

Banks, it is the same PICTURE. 

Make it mandatory to 

provide ATM cards to all the 

customers who are LITERATE; 

a 'Passbook Kiosk' is a 

necessity in any busy PSU 

Bank branch without any DEBATE. 

State Bank of India has protected 

almost all their busy branches from 

becoming overcrowded unnecessarily 

by implementing 'SBI e-CORNER'; 

and it is indeed a masterstroke 

strategy, so, the other PSU Banks 

must think of implementing kiosks
