situation, there has been 

a psychological CHANGE;

Migrant workers will 

first try to get some 

works in local AREAS; 

the rate of migration of workers from 

one state to the other state may get 

reduced in the next few YEARS. 

When getting any work in local 

areas is the first PRIORITY; 

then recruiters may get at a reasonable 

salary offer, the manpower of better QUALITY. 

RBI has to push the PSU Banks for disbursing 

more loans as the deposits in CASA Accounts 

will start increasing AUTOMATICALLY; 

utilizing the new loan disbursed amount to close 

the existing NPA accounts may be a short term 

smart strategy TECHNICALLY. 

But, after some years, these loans 

disbursed in this pandemic situation 

will surely have the 'NPA EXPLOSION'; 

before that time, the Indian Government

must succeed in its 'Make In India' 

and 'Increased Exports' VISION. 

Keep only 5 PSU Banks like North Zone Bank 

(NZB), East Zone Bank (EZB), South Zone Bank 

(SZB), West Zone Bank (WZB), NPA Recovery 

Bank (NRB) after mergers and ACQUISITIONS; 

even there must be a 'Bank Mitra' Counter 

in each and every Express train, so that 

while travelling in it, a person can

DUE TO THE DEVASTATIONS IN SO MANY PLACES, AFTER THE 'AMPHAN' CYCLONE; SO MANY PEOPLE GOT DIGITALLY DISCONNECTED, SO MANY PEOPLE WERE FIGHTING THE CRISIS ALONE !!!

"Due to the devastations in so many places, 

after the 'AMPHAN' CYCLONE; 

so many people got digitally disconnected, so 

many people were fighting the crisis ALONE. 

It was really one of the toughest 

times for the team members 

of any disaster MANAGEMENT; 

as so many trees and lamp posts fell in several 

roads, it was really a time taking task to make 

any necessary ARRANGEMENT. 

Totally cutoff digitally, there were 

problems of electricity and water in 

some places too, what a sad STORY; 

but, in almost each and every house of 

villages, there is at least one radio set 

that runs on BATTERY. 

By hearing the news in the 

radio sets, the villagers were 

getting the real time INFORMATION; 

and then they were having a 

meeting among themselves 

to find a feasible SOLUTION; 

to prepare a task force at village level 

to help each other rapidly to come 

out of this bad SITUATION. 

Many lives have 

been saved in 

the coastal areas 

due to timely EVACUATION; 

it has been a good team 

work with meteorological 

departments, by both Odisha and
