IN ANY ORGANIZATION, JUST PUT A BAN ON ANY OUTDATED EQUIPMENT !!!

"In any organization, just put 

a ban on any outdated EQUIPMENT; 

continous upgradation of technology is one 

of the basic duties of any top MANAGEMENT. 

'Pay Scale' or 'salary structure' comes later, 

first comes 'employee safety and SECURITY'; 

no matter what happens, profit or loss, 

this should be the first PRIORITY. 

It is very easy to buy any PRODUCT; 

but, the maintenance job looks DIFFICULT. 

'Testing' and 'Surprise Inspection' are 

the two best practices which the 

developed kingdoms strictly FOLLOW; 

when you dive in the ocean, go deeper 

as much as you can, don't just discover 

around the areas which are SHALLOW. 

A big mistake 

is the summation 

of so many errors 

without any RECTIFICATION; 

you cannot afford to ignore the 

'core engineering' while giving 

more focus on outer body design
