THE STRATEGY TO CREATE 'BACKUP CITIES' IS QUITE FEASIBLE !!!

coastal areas will be given some financial help 

to open up their backup branches in the 

'backup cities' as early as POSSIBLE; 

the devastations have increased in the cities 

of coastal areas worldwide due to natural 

calamities, therefore, the strategy to create
