BUT, STILL, WHY YOU GUYS ARE STUCK WITH A VERSION WHICH IS SO OLD !!!

as now the 'Indians' will have to provide 

services in all the regions, so, it is time to 

upgrade those software which are OUTDATED. 

Also, the number of branches 

as well as customers have 

increased as on DATE; 

as many branches are in 

remote rural areas, therefore, 

many customers are still ILLITERATE.'

user friendly upgradation was done 

in our CBS, but, still, why you guys are 

stuck with a version which is so OLD. 

In metro areas, customers 

went digital, but in rural areas, 

they still rely and feel more confident 

to get services from branch level ITSELF; 

but, in your old version, there are so much 

redundancy, overrides, frequent patch run, so, 

will it not hamper customer services, you ask
