take the initiative to IGNITE; 
so, as a member of any trade 
union, you must always 
restart, regroup and REUNITE.
Never stop marching forward 
to fulfill any valid DEMAND;
by continuous protests you will achieve 
it, as there is no other magic WAND.
Employees are not robots, so, 
there has to be a fair, equal 
and transparent 'Staff WELFARE'; 
in this competitive world, to survive, 
from top level to bottom level, the latest 
knowledge you must always SHARE.
If both the management 
and the trade union 
work in UNISON; 
any target can be chased down 
by that champion organization
