NEVER DESTROY THE OLD ROYAL CASTLE WHILE CONSTRUCTING ANOTHER NEW PALACE !!!

"NEW CEO: '10 employees of 50 years 
or so were laid off in this financial year 
who had a much less salary PACKAGE; 
then after getting a new project, you 
guys hired 6 experienced people 
who are within 35 years of AGE.
But, do you know, while scrutinizing 
this HR strategy, why the board 
members are not SATISFIED;
the salary expenses of 6 people are 
1.5 times higher than the expenses of 
those laid off employees, is it JUSTIFIED.'

HR HEAD: 'We wanted to take young 
guys so that project work gets 
completed within the DEADLINE;
we must recruit every year, to maintain 
an interest for talented jobseekers, who 
are constantly applying for jobs ONLINE.'

NEW CEO: 'Never destroy the old 
royal castle while constructing 
another new PALACE;
client has escalated that requirement 
is not fulfilled, though the project has 
been completed at a great PACE.
Clients will give deadlines, but, 
they will pay us the project amount 
only after the total project 
requirements FULFILLMENTS;
those experienced laid off guys were 
experts in fulfilling project requirements, 
you released them, also more expenses 
incurred by doing fresh RECRUITMENTS.
Out of those laid off guys, those who have 
not joined in any other reputed firm, bring 
them back to our company by next WEEK;
maybe, you are not aware of the fact that 
our competitors are always tapping to do 
lateral recruitments to make us WEAK.'"- Arindam Sain
