FINANCE MINISTRY HAS RIGHTLY SAID THAT THERE IS STILL A FEAR PSYCHOSIS; AMONG PSU BANKERS REGARDING LOANS DISBURSEMENT AND ITS ANALYSIS !!!

"Finance Ministry of India has rightly said 
that there is still a fear PSYCHOSIS; 
among the PSU Bankers regarding loans 
disbursement and its ANALYSIS. 
Too much NPA in PSU Banks 
has ultimately resulted in 
Bank Staffs' HARASSMENT; 
that's why, for giving 
more loans, it created 
a negative SENTIMENT. 
To err is human and 
'Banking' is indeed 
a vast SUBJECT; 
even an efficient Banker cannot say 
with confidence that a big customer 
will always remain PERFECT. 
A big customer can 
default anytime, you 
never know WHEN; 
that's why, recovery of mortgaged 
properties speedily and efficiently 
will be the only GAIN. 
In every branch of PSU Banks, 
2 officers to look after 
'Operations and Marketing' only, 
and 2 officers to look after 
'Credit and Recovery' DEPARTMENT; 
then only, the PSU Banks will increase its 
net profitability in the coming years and 
to make Indian economy a 5 trillion 
dollar economy, it will be a good
