REMOVE UPPER OR MIDDLE BERTHS IN ANY GENERAL COMPARTMENT; INCREASE MORE SEATS BY ONLY 'CHAIR CAR' SYSTEM ARRANGEMENT !!!

"Remove upper or middle berths 
in any 'General' COMPARTMENT; 
increase more seats by only 
'Chair Car' system ARRANGEMENT. 
The upper or middle berths are 
used to keep any LUGGAGE; 
the way some passenger sleeps 
on it, they look like any SAVAGE. 
Many a times, they tie a 
big cloth at two ends 
of the berths and sleep on 
that tied hanging CLOTH; 
sometimes, tall people gets a minor injury 
in their head due to those low heighted 
berths and even the space utilization 
of the coaches are not at all WORTH. 
The space and length 
of all General coaches 
must be increased 
with four emergency WINDOWS; 
focus on 'Suitability', 'Safety' and 
'Security' as these are the keywords, 
based on which, any type of revenue of
