MERGERS OF SEVERAL PSU BANKS MAY FORCE THE RESPECTIVE MANAGEMENTS; TO GO FOR MASSIVE LATERAL RECRUITMENTS !!!

"Mergers of several 
PSU Banks may force 
the respective MANAGEMENTS; 
to go for massive 
lateral RECRUITMENTS; 
as within the year of 2024, 
in PSU Banks, there will be 
huge numbers of RETIREMENTS. 
As the salary of PSU Banks are too low 
in respect to any other Central Government 
or its undertaking DEPARTMENT; 
as there is still no 
green signal about 
the 'BIPARTITE SETTLEMENT'; 
there is a negativity to join 
PSU Banks by any good 
and brilliant STUDENT. 
'5 trillion economy' is quite impossible, 
as PSU Banks are still having 
poor infrastructural QUALITY; 
even an 'APY' holder like any PSU Banker will 
get pension from 'NPS', so, what is so special 
about any PSU Banker's financial SECURITY; 
all works are to be done by any PSU Banker, 
then when it comes to salaries, why 
there is such an INEQUALITY. 
Why all the Government or its 
undertaking offices will not have 
the same salary STRUCTURE; 
GDP is at its record low, inflation not in 
control anymore, time has come to think 
about all these issues at this JUNCTURE. 
Private Banks or International Banks 
may start hunting the talented 
and experienced PSU Bankers 
of India NATION; 
good salaries, excellent facilities and 
systematic banking work culture are 
getting priority over job security nowadays 
and are causing the ATTRITION; 
recent surveys are showing that the 
experienced PSU Bankers are on the 
verge of starting the process of
