LIKE IN ASSAM, IN BANGABHOOMI ALSO, THE ISSUE OF 'SOIL EROSION' HAS BEEN NEGLECTED !!!

also, the issue of 'Soil Erosion' 
has been NEGLECTED; 
and now due to heavy downpour 
at regular intervals, just look at 
the disasters it has CREATED. 
Scientists have already 
warned that the water level 
of seas and oceans are RISING; 
even after so many natural calamities, 
the initiatives at all levels to plant 
more trees are completely MISSING. 
Be it canals, lakes or drainage system, 
there is still such a poor maintainence 
even after repeated ESCALATIONS; 
due to soil erosion, the river waters are 
flowing through the villages to create
