IT IS BETTER TO EAT CHAPATTIS OF WHEAT OR BAJRA AND DO YOGA EXERCISE DAILY, THIS IS MY LITTLE ADVICE !!!

"DOCTOR: 'Both your blood pressure 
and blood sugar is on the RISE; 
control your taste buds, 
don't be a fool, be WISE. 
After the age of 35 years, 
everyone must control themselves 
about eating any MEAT; 
eat it only once or twice a month, 
be a vegetarian, there are so many 
types of vegetarian dishes to EAT.'

PATIENT: 'Blood pressure 
and Blood sugar keeps 
on FLUCTUATING; 
by thinking about it, there 
is no point in putting some 
restrictions on meat EATING.'

DOCTOR: 'Red meat is the 
direct cause of increasing 
blood pressure in these DAYS; 
and there is basically no valuable 
protein at all in the poultry 
chicken that we eat NOWADAYS. 
People don't listen to 
the doctors and suffer 
from heart BLOCKAGE; 
in this modern era, there is no 
guarantee, anyone can suffer from 
heart attack even in their younger AGE. 
Eat soyabean curry which almost 
tastes like meat, and try to avoid 
eating too much potato and RICE; 
it is better to eat chapattis of wheat 
or bajra and do yoga exercise 
daily, this is my little ADVICE.'"- Arindam Sain
