only, our demands are heard

so many RETIREMENTS; 
there are a lesser 
number of RECRUITMENTS. 
Common people often say, 'Keep on 
working, keep on WORKING'; 
as you are doing a social work by being 
a part of the workforce of PSU BANKING'. 
When this job is so important for the 
social betterment and economic 
upliftment of the Indian SOCIETY; 
then, why the PSU Bankers will get 
such low salaries to have a lifestyle 
of low or mediocre QUALITY. 
If to transform the Indian economy into 
a 5 trillion dollar economy is the 
Indian Government's big DREAM; 
then invest more money on PSU banking 
infrastructure and PSU Bank employees to 
motivate each and every PSU Banking TEAM. 
In this digital India, except illiterates and 
many senior citizens, almost all the 
customers are having smart phones 
with Internet CONNECTION; 
hence, digital transactions are on the rise, 
even cash withdrawal is increasing by ATM 
Cards as well as by devices of AADHAAR 
linked biometric AUTHENTICATION. 
Therefore, with proper 
working hours and 
lunch time, also 5 days 
banking is a NECESSITY; 
with more manpower, more focus to be 
given on 'Advances and Recovery' to 
improve each and every PSU Bank's
