must be the global 
banking TAGLINE; 
we don't want to see the customers 
of our next generation to stand 
in any queue or LINE. 
Every Bank is 
having its own 
official Banking APP; 
provide 'CASA Ready kits' to new 
customers to reduce the existing banking 
service oriented generation GAP. 
No need to have 
too many branches 
within 4 kilometers of 
a particular AREA; 
rather merge closer branches into a 
single entity and increase the staff 
strength to see both the bank staffs 
and customers in EUPHORIA. 
Build 'Online Loan Application 
System' (OLAS), where a customer 
details will be entered and then take 
the print out of the loan DOCUMENTS; 
the customer will sign 
the documents, then those documents 
will be sent to the loan DEPARTMENTS; 
by online uploading the documents 
by mobile phone camera 
or PC linked scanner to get it 
sanctioned for DISBURSEMENTS. 
Any officer's time 
is wasted in any PSU bank 
if he/she is doing passbook PRINTING; 
rather each and every branch must 
have a 'Passbook Printing Kiosk' 
to do the quality time SAVING. 
Complex processes of CBS software 
system in PSU Banks is 
still a major DISADVANTAGE; 
private banks are 
capitalizing on these
