HARI OM HARI; PACHPAN SAAL KE BAAD BAANO POORA SHAAKAHAARI !!!

"Bahut log poochte hain hum jaise 
sannyasi o ko, ki, kya dhyaan aur yoga 
karne se, insaan hoti hain DEERGHAYU; 
kya ussi jagah pe insaan ka sahed 
hamesha acchi raheti hain jaahaan bahut 
jyaada shuddh hoti hain VAAYU. 
Hum toh kahengey ki kuch toh accha 
asar zaroor karta hain yoga, dhyaan aur 
shuddh vaayu, insaan ke sharir PAR; 
parantu aap deerghayu honge ki naahi, 
yeh jyaada nirbhar karta hain 
aap hee ke UPAR. 
Kya aap har samay 
bahut chintit hain, 
hain bahut PARESHAAN; 
kya kaam karte karte, sahi samaay pe 
thikthaak khaana khaane mein 
raheta hain aap ka DHYAAN. 
Chaalis saal ke umar ke baad, 
maansh, machli aur anda,  
jitni ho saake, khaiye KAM; 
tabhi aap ka peth rahega thikthak, 
nahi hogi jyada samasya, susth aur 
furtilaa rahenge aap EKDAM. 
Yaad rakhiye yeh mantra, 
'Hari Om HARI; 
pachpan saal ke baad, baano 
poora SHAAKAHAARI.'"- Arindam Sain
