good and strong DECISIONS. 
In the third three months, focus to be on 
crisis management and aggressive 
recovery of bad ASSETS. 
In the fourth three months, focus to be on 
business growth, and all customers must 
have new ATM Cards in their WALLETS. 
When the portfolio of advances 
and deposits are fully under 
a balanced CONTROL; 
then only you will realize 
that as a Branch Head, 
you are playing a key ROLE. 
In the fifth three months, be in a 
conquering mood to tap other bank's 
business markets even if it is quite FAR. 
Always try to give some suggestions 
or ideas to the new Branch Head before
