THE DRIVERS OF INDIAN RAILWAYS DESERVE SOME MOTIVATION !!!

"Indian Railways is still the 
backbone of TRANSPORTATION; 
to link different parts 
of India NATION; 
the drivers of Indian Railways 
deserve some MOTIVATION. 
The Railways signaling system 
and the rail lines 
need more UPGRADATION. 
Rail offices, Rail quarters, Rail 
platforms and Rail compartments 
need RENOVATION. 
If a train reaches 30 minutes before 
or on time at its DESTINATION; 
then that driver will get extra 100 
rupees as a reward or RECOGNITION. 
Signal was green most of the times, 
the line was clear, but, still, if the train 
reaches more than 30 minutes late 
at its last STATION; 
then 100 rupees will 
get deducted from the driver's 
salary slip without
