"A 'D' flag to be used 
in UIDAI server for 
any PSU Bank DEFAULTER; 
to stop providing any subsidy from 
Central Government in any 
month or financial QUARTER. 
In any Bank, the word, 'CASA' 
is nothing but a 
pool of public MONEY; 
but some borrowers regard 
the PSU Bank loan amount as 
any government sponsored HONEY. 
Gone are the days of keeping 
bad loans 'Under the CARPET'; 
it is always a good practice to 
wipe out any type of bad ASSET. 
Through different types of 
taxation system, Indian Government 
is doing the revenue GENERATION; 
fiscal deficit to be kept 
under control and it is also a 
challenge to tame INFLATION. 
Indian Government must become strict 
on defaulters as it will improve each 
and every PSU Bank's PROFITABILITY; 
then only, the dream of making Indian 
economy as a 5 trillion dollar economy
