VOTERS OF DELHI PROVED AGAIN THAT IN ANY ELECTION; THE WORD, 'DEVELOPMENT' IS THE VICTORIOUS KEYWORD OF INDIA NATION !!!

that in any ELECTION; 
the word, 'Development' has become the 
victorious keyword of India NATION. 
One has to appreciate 
that Delhi is showing 
a path to do rapid 
infrastructural MODERNISATION; 
and that too in a 
feasible manner 
with as much as 
possible low cost OPERATION; 
though, to bring full fledged overall 
development, Delhi Governement must also 
open doors for all centralized schemes
