will be disbursed 
steps by steps, but, to the 
materials supplier who has the 
documents of latest GST RETURN; 
the materials supplier 
as well as the 
guarantor must have 
savings accounts with 
proper KYC VERIFICATION; 
2nd phase of Housing Loan can be 
disbursed only after submitting the Block 
Office or Municipality Engineer's 
certificate regarding the completion
