Bangaaliyana' is still maintained
by 'Ram Shyam' of SHANTNIKETAN;
though quite delicious,
yet slightly underrated is
'Kasahara' and 'BHOJNIKETAN'.
'Mahamaya' still
maintains its unique HERITAGE;
without 'Tamarind', you cannot imagine
about any south indian dish at this AGE.
'Club Central', though, comparatively,
a much younger competitor, but,
it is becoming popular for its
good taste and so much VARIETY;
'Kolkata Arsalan' and 'Kasturi' are competing
with each other with their own biryani style,
but, 'Chimney' still cooks the mutton
