THE NUMBER OF HIGHER LEVEL POSTS IN EACH AND EVERY ORGANIZATION TO BE REDUCED; RETIREMENT AGE AT 55 YEARS OR 30 YEARS OF SERVICE, WHICHEVER IS EARLIER, IS TO BE INTRODUCED !!!

"The number of higher level posts 
in each and every organization 
to be REDUCED; 
retirement age 
at 55 years or 30 years of service, 
whichever is earlier, is to be INTRODUCED. 
Due to the pandemic 
situation, the world is 
passing through a phase of 
global economic RECESSION; 
focus will be to reduce the 'employee cost' 
at top management posts and seniority 
posts by reducing the amount of any 
extra monetary CONCESSION. 
As the global market 
demand is LOW; 
so, the revival of the global 
economy will also be SLOW. 
In the 'HR Pyramid' structure 
of any firm, at the top layers 
of the pyramid, there lies 
the maximum EXPENSES; 
the top firms have reduced this top management 
expenses by reducing the top level posts 
and implementing 'VRS' system to make a 
comeback as per their past EXPERIENCES. 
Promotion system from one level to the 
other to be increased to 7 years, i.e. only 
after 7 years of job in the same post, 
a person will get automatic PROMOTION; 
unless he/she is unwilling to go to higher post, 
but, the amount of increment allowance per year 
to be increased by 5% of the Basic Pay per year 
as per the Pay Scale GRADATION."- Arindam Sain
