SOME FIRMS ARE PREPARING HRMS SOFTWARE WITH AUTOMATIC TRIGGERS BASED ON 'ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE' !!!

"STAFF OF BANK A: 'We are going 
through several staff files 
of your bank after the 
process of AMALGAMATION; 
but, we are experiencing several loopholes 
in the administrative policies of your 
bank which may hamper our plan 
of smooth HR INTEGRATION. 
There are many employees of your bank 
who have not been provided any training 
after 'SWO-A' or 'PO' INDUCTION; 
in 2019 only, your bank started for the POs 
only, the '3 months' posting in every type of 
branch in their 1st year of PROBATION; 
some worked in cities and some worked in 
villages all along, so, no skill development 
due to lack of systematic job ROTATION ?'

merged entity may face several CHALLENGES.
