MAPPING OF A PROPER PERSON AT ANY PROPER DEPARTMENT; OFTEN HELPS THE FIRM TO HAVE AN OUTSTANDING ACHIEVEMENT !!!

"Go through 
anyone's educational 
qualifications CERTIFICATE; 
also study the experiences as per 
job profile before giving him/her 
access to any golden GATE. 
Nowadays, the firms are focusing 
more on 'Talent RECRUITMENT'; 
but, this strategy only 
is not SUFFICIENT. 
Keep a newly recruited person 
under OBSERVATION; 
find out, in which field or subject of the job 
profile, he is getting SELF-MOTIVATION. 
Put that person in that department only, 
where he/she can EXCEL; 
to smoothen the task, HR must form 
an informal counseling CELL; 
maybe, a little research with 
sheer passion has the key to a 
success story to TELL; 
the HR Department must motivate 
the employees before they 
press the HR DOORBELL. 
Mapping of a proper person at
