the word, 'BASIC';

For any PO in any PSU bank, 
two years of probation period 
is a good STATEGY; 
as within this period of time, a PO 
learns a lot about Banking as well as 
CBS software related TECHNOLOGY. 
For each 6 months, rotation in rural, 
urban, semi urban and metro 
branches is a MUST; 
as after working in different 
environments, a PO will learn 
how to ADJUST. 
After 2 years 
of PROBATION; 
if there are no legal problems 
in Police VERIFICATION; 
a PO is assured to get a 
letter of CONFIRMATION. 
After 3 years from this date 
of job confirmation, an officer is 
eligible to get a PROMOTION. 
Now, do the analysis that during probation 
period, in which type of branch, that PO 
has given the best PERFORMANCE; 
provide that PO the posting to the 
respective best performed type branch 
and also listen to any type of GREIVANCE. 
Any confirmed officer 
after working for 15 months in a 
branch is eligible to get a TRANSFER; 
only after 5 years of confirmed service, 
any officer is eligible for 
transfer request OFFER. 
Keep minimum 5 years for Scale-I 
officers to become Scale-II officers to 
allow them to get more exposure and 
knowledge in so much DIVERSITY; 
after Scale-II, give them promotion after 
every 3 years, as in Scale-I itself, they got 
enough time to create and upgrade any
