NOWADAYS, WORK PRESSURE PER EMPLOYEE HAS INCREASED IN PSU BANKS DUE TO SHORTAGE OF MANPOWER; IN RESPECT TO ALL TYPES OF GOVERNMENT JOBS, THE PAY PER SCALE OF BANK EMPLOYEES IS STILL LOWER !!!
