RESHUFFLING OF THE CABINET MINISTRY IS ALWAYS A FEASIBLE STRATEGY AND THIS PROCESS MUST CONTINUE !!!

"'Finance', 'Banking' and 'Economics' 
are the subjects which are to be 
dealt by persons who have expertise 
and knowledge in that DOMAIN; 
when GDP growth rate declines, when NPA 
becomes too high, when a private bank gets 
bankrupt, ultimately, the common people 
of India have to bear the PAIN. 
Why should a person of other educational 
background to be given the responsibility of 
a department of that subject on which 
he/she is not having any vast KNOWLEDGE; 
if a specialized person is given the 
responsibility to look after a department 
of his/her subject of specialization, 
he/she surely has an EDGE. 
In a tenure of 5 years, after each 18 months, 
reshuffling of the Cabinet Ministry is 
always a feasible strategy and this 
process must CONTINUE; 
also, under each ministry, an efficient 
back end team should be 
formed with a perfect blend of both
